
Brandon Hinton (b. 1992 Cape Town; lives and works in London) is a creative director and photographer working across many genres to explore and document fashion as a tool for change.
Instantly recognisable for his mastery of storytelling and his emphatic passion for the past, Brandon's unique ability to capture moments in time that place the viewer inside the story has propelled him to into the world of fashion photography.
In 2020, Brandon was awarded as runner-up to Africa's Fashion Photographer of the year at the Africa Photography Awards.
In 2021, Brandon hosted his first solo exhibition, End Gender Based Violence Now, in Cape Town where he showcased a series of works that, through an editorial of striking, high fashion imagery, identified and raised awareness to the ongoing LGBTQ+ gender based violence crisis in South Africa. The project raised funds for gender based violence NPO, The Empire Fund, and their school based educational program.
